Art. 1 Website operator
1.1The operator of the website pnhmedia.com is (Section 435 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code (the "Civil Code")):

1.2"PNH MEDIA" is a trade name (brand) under which PNH LIMITLESS s.r.o. offers its services. The Slovak company PNH MEDIA s.r.o., Company ID (IČO) 55299504, is a sister company of PNH LIMITLESS s.r.o. controlled by the same shareholder. It is a separate legal entity and is not the operator of this website.
Art. 2 Terms of use
2.1By using the website, you agree to these terms. The provision of services is governed by the General Terms and Conditions of PNH LIMITLESS s.r.o. (the "GTC") published on this website.
2.2When using the website, it is in particular prohibited to: impair its functionality and security, circumvent technical measures, download content automatically on a large scale (scraping) without our consent, insert malicious code or content infringing third-party rights into forms, and send unsolicited commercial communications through contact forms.
2.3The content of the website must not be used to train artificial intelligence models or for text and data mining for that purpose. This reservation of rights under Section 39c of Act No. 121/2000 Coll., the Copyright Act (the "Copyright Act"), and Art. 4(3) of Directive (EU) 2019/790 is also expressed in a machine-readable form in the robots.txt file. The reservation does not apply to the indexing of the website by search engines, including AI-based search engines and assistants that display the content with a link to the source.
Art. 3 Copyright and trademarks
3.1The website as a whole and its content, in particular texts, graphics, photographs, videos, logos, design, source code and databases, are protected by the Copyright Act. The economic rights to them are exercised by PNH LIMITLESS s.r.o., unless stated otherwise.
3.2You may view the content and share it by link. Any other use, in particular copying, modification, distribution and commercial use, is possible only with the prior written consent of the operator. This does not affect statutory licences, in particular quotation under Section 31 of the Copyright Act.
3.3The name "PNH MEDIA" and the logo are the operator's trade designation. The designation is not registered as a trademark; it is protected as a trade designation and against unfair competition. The names, logos and samples of work of clients in the references section are the property of the respective clients and are published with their consent or on the basis of a contractual authorisation.
3.4Trademarks and designations of third parties (e.g. Google, Meta, Shopify, LinkedIn, TikTok) are the property of their owners. They are mentioned only to describe the services and do not mean that these owners operate, sponsor or endorse the website.
Art. 4 Disclaimer
4.1The content of the website is for information only and does not constitute a binding offer or advice. The binding terms of cooperation are always set out in the price offer and the contract.
4.2The results, case studies and figures from advertising campaigns stated describe specific past projects. They are not a guarantee of the same results for other projects, which depend on the market, the product, the budget and other factors.
4.3We make reasonable efforts to keep the content accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that it is complete and error-free, or that the website is continuously available. We are not liable for damage arising in connection with the use of information on the website or its unavailability, except for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence and harm to the natural rights of a person.
Art. 5 Links to third-party websites
5.1The website contains links to client websites, social networks and other third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, availability or the processing of personal data on them. If we find that linked content is unlawful, we will remove the link.
Art. 6 Content created using artificial intelligence
6.1We use artificial intelligence tools in creating some of the website content (in particular illustrations, visuals and parts of texts). All such content is reviewed and edited before publication by a person who is responsible for it.
6.2Images, video or audio that show realistic-looking persons, places or events and were created or substantially edited using AI are labelled directly at the relevant content as "Created using AI" (Art. 50(4) of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, the AI Act).
6.3If the website contains a chatbot or another AI-based tool that you communicate with, we will notify you of this before the communication begins (Art. 50(1) of the AI Act).
Art. 7 Contact point and notices of illegal content (DSA)
7.1The single point of contact for the authorities of the Member States, the European Commission and recipients of the service under Art. 11 and 12 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (the Digital Services Act, "DSA") is the e-mail [email protected]. You may communicate in Czech, Slovak and English.
7.2If you believe that content on the website or in the hosting services we provide is illegal, send a notice to [email protected] with the subject "Notice of illegal content". The notice should contain: an explanation of why you consider the content illegal, the exact URL or other identification of the content, your name and e-mail (except for notices concerning child abuse) and a statement that you are convinced that the information is accurate and complete (Art. 16 DSA).
7.3We will confirm receipt of the notice, assess it in a timely, impartial and diligent manner, and inform you of the decision, including information on the available means of redress. We inform the affected provider of the content about any restriction of content and give reasons (Art. 17 DSA).
Art. 8 Personal data protection and cookies
8.1Information on the processing of personal data is available in the Privacy Policy, and information on cookies in the Cookie Policy. You can change your cookie settings at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
Art. 9 Governing law
9.1These terms and any relationships arising from the use of the website are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. Disputes are decided by the general courts of the Czech Republic. If the user is a Consumer, this does not affect the protection afforded to them by the mandatory provisions of the law of the state of their habitual residence.
9.2We may change these terms; the current version is always published on this page. Effective from 22 October 2026.
